Bosu Pilates

Every move in this class will incorporate the BOSU Balance Trainer, adding an extra layer of stability and core activation to classic Pilates exercises. Circuit Training
In Circuit Training you will travel through a variety of workout stations focused on
improving endurance, cardio, and strength training. You will move through the room using any
combination of various types of equipment (TRX®, battle ropes, slam balls, hurdles, gliders, STROOPS
Slastix bands, the COREFIRST™ system and others). This class is guaranteed to provide you with a total
body workout. No two classes will ever be the same!

TRX Circuit
This class is designed to sculpt and tone every inch of your body while improving strength, balance, and flexibility. Experience a full-body workout that leverages your body weight and gravity, challenging your core and stabilizing muscles in every move. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as our instructor provides modifications to accommodate beginners and challenges for those seeking an advanced workout.
Mixed Pilates
This 45 minute class will incorporate any variety of Pilates equipment, including but not limited to the Pilates Ring, Pilates Ball, light weights, Gliders, Resistance Bands, Loop Bands, Corefirst Reformer System, Yoga Blocks or more! This class is for all fitness levels as modifications and progressions will always be provided. Every class will be unique in design!
Pumped Up Strength™
Pumped Up Strength™ utilizes combination movement patterns in a targeted,
rhythmic progression integrating upper and lower body movements simultaneously. The exercises
recruit multiple muscles to perform multi-directional movements at a variety of speeds improving
overall strength, range of motion, and mobility. The exercises improve everyday foundational
movements: pushing, lunging, pulling, rotation, and carrying, while also improving balance and mobility.

tone. Barre & Burn is fusion of traditional strength and toning exercises you would see in Barre combined with some exercises using the Corefirst™ reformer system. You're sure to get a total body workout. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME. This class is suitable for everyBODY! No ballet or dance experience required.

Low Impact Interval Training is a circuit style class without any jumping, running, or high impact to your joints. No two classes will ever be the same. You may find yourself traveling around the room using a variety of functional equipment to train your cardiovascular and muscular strength as well has core and balance training.

Corefirst™ Pilates
Corefirst™ Pilates is a reformer style Pilates class. The Corefirst™ system wraps
around your wrist or ankle depending on the exercise being performed. This allows your grip, and
forearm, or your toes and ankle to be removed from the initiation of the exercise thus, recruiting the
core to initiate every exercise performed. The Corefirst™ system works to resist or assist you
depending on YOUR fitness level making it an appropriate class for anyone!

Corefirst™ Burn
Corefirst™ Burn is a circuit style class using the Corefirst™ system. This Corefirst™ will
provide resistance to your traditional strength and cardio exercises for maximum muscle recruitment.
Each Burn class will incorporate the Corefirst™ system for some, all, or many of the exercises through
the duration of the class. Think of it like a strength and cardio circuit class turned up a notch!

STEP Aerobics
You guessed it! Traditional free style Step Aerobics is back! Every class will be completely original and a new set of combinations and choreography every time! You'll move and sweat to upbeat music for 50 minutes of nonstop movement!
Train with your Trainer (TWT)
Workout alongside your trainer as you travel through their favorite
exercises they love to hate. No two classes will ever be the same, and often partner exercises are
included. You can’t beat the energy and camaraderie in this class!

Yoga-Tone
An innovative and dynamic class combining the mindful practices of yoga with the strength-building benefits of weight training. This unique fusion is designed to provide a comprehensive and balanced workout experience that targets both the body and the mind. In this class, you will engage in a series of yoga poses and flows to enhance flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Integrating weights into the practice will add an element of resistance training, allowing participants to build strength, tone muscles, and improve overall body composition. Proper form and technique will be emphasized to ensure safety and effectiveness. ALL fitness and yoga levels welcome!
